Question SLIPPER CLUTCH ???s

hi,
i am attempting to build a scx10 & i am in the middle of the tranny/clutch portion & i have a question. i want to know "how" you install the pin that goes into the shaft that the slipper clutch goes onto? the pin (2 pins) came in the slipper clutch package & i am able to get it into the location hole but i do not know "how" to keep it in place (from falling out)? i am new to all this & don't know all the cool tricks & tips that you "seasoned veterans" have learned!

thanks!!

There a sleeve/spacer that should go over it. The manual is available for download on
Axial.com
Good luck!

It is held in by magic! Actually once the assembly is complete, it can't fall out. Just keep it in place till the Spur gear (AX3062)and Slipper (AX30411,AX30410 slipper outer and inner) are installed. If it is being difficult falling out, then try a little grease on it (the pin). That will keep it in place till the gear and Slipper are put on.
