Body drops right over interior cage without hitting anything on the way down, couldn't be happier with this idea.

yes they are a press fit, still have to work on the side to side play of the cage probably just need longer sleeves. Really cant go far with the interior cage inside, we'll call this Gen 1 of the design.

Truck looks awesome! Really like the combination of the Honcho and Wraith cages. Can't wait to see it finished.

Default Wraith axels

This probably a stupid question but where did you find the wraith axels? And what are all the parts you ned to buy to make it work on the SCX-10?
Thanks for the help

Thanks for the compliments to all! I purchased a Scx10 Honcho kit and a Wraith kit, I am using as much of the Wraith parts from the kit as I can in this build. Thats my source for all the Wraith parts, axles included and why I got inventive and used the wraith cage and interior, to justify the cost of the kit. The scx kit on the other hand I've got lots of parts left over, spares for my other honcho truck or future?

All I had to buy so far(other than the hop ups you haven't seen yet) was :

2 packs of 7x94mm links, used for my lower links, upper links came from the Wraith kit(7x87.5) which are lower links(aluminum)for a Wraith.

Here is what I have got done this week. I changed my upper link mounts to use metal spacers, alot better than the plastic I used before.

I also changed my rear body hinges to bearings instead of the sleaves, they looked a little bulky to me.

I thought my "driver" would appreciate a little leg protection so I made up a firewall for my interior. First time working with .008 metal, came out ok I guess for a first try.

Almost got the interior finished, added an aluminum dash top to race it up a bit.

One of the best & coolest builds that i have seen. I wish i had the know how to experience a build like that. Makes it hard for me to show my Trucks and i thought mine were cool. GREAT job!
I know that i can not build one but i shure would not have a problem buying GEN 1 from you. LOL
