Lot's of good ideas here, I just picked up an scx-10 and haven't got a solid plan for where to go with it just yet.

Winch plate holds 1/8 scale winch and Honcho bumper. Removed roller fairlead from winch and mounted on Honcho bumper.

I also made up some battery boxes. They will sit under the interior and are sized to hold dual 3850mah 3s lipos. Also had to make new body post mounts for the interior, Honcho sliders not used anymore. I mounted Wraith frame pieces to the ouside of the boxes.

Bottom view of battery boxes, they mount flush with the bottom of the frame. I took advantage of the interior sitting higher to fit these in.

3s lipos will be used for this, Tekin 3300kv Pro4/ Rx8 combo, Tekin 55T will not be used.

I left part of the Wraith frame on the rear to hold filler panels for the Honcho bed.

Filler panels at the back will hide that "look" of the Honcho bed, and cover the hole right behind the cab. They will look better when body color and decaled.

I found alot of Wrestlers with hardly any clothes, but only one with no "skin". He should be tough enough to go along for the ride! lol!

After I program my Esc I better not forget to program the driver! Don't want him turning on me, lol. Chances are he will assume control of the truck, not worried about glitches but concerned about runaways, he might not come back! Silly I know, just having fun!

Awesome build man! I just so happen to have a wraith kit I finished awhile back, I'm not into the wraith the way it is so I've been thinking of a 1/8 scale build using a scx chassis with the wraith trans mounting plate instead. Man, you sir have given a lot of people some some great ideas, keep up the great work! Subcribed!!

This is the greatest build I have seen on here. Thinking of converting my honcho to a honcho/wraith hybrid now. Great job can't wait to see it finished
