then i took off the fender flairs because they kept breaking off and i got tired of glueing them back on
then i decided it needs some tube work done to it. so i went out and bought some 3/16 brake line
but i needed a bender because my vise like to kink tubing
soooooo i just made one instead
it's got 20 bolt holes and it took me almost 3 hours to drill and tap all of them. it's made out of a 1/4" steal plate
it fits 4 different bolt sizes 1/4, 5/16, 3,8 and 1/2 and i found a bunch of bolts, washer and stuff in my garage to help with the bends
here it is (don't steal my idea and go sell it. i took a lot of thinking and time to make this and i didn't copy anyones idea, so go create your own. it's super easy!!!)
but the holes all in different spot to get different bend so so i do have to move it out of the vise.
it's super easy to use too!!!!
i made it so many extra bolt holes so i can put all my bolts and washer in it so when i put it in my tool box i don't loose any parts for it
here's some pics

so today i didn't get to weld anything up but i did a total rebuild on it and i took a bunch of pics when i put it back together so you guys can see my setup.
i think that my SCX-10 has the best flex out of all them. it's because of one little secret
i replace ALL the tie rod ends with Traxxas ones with the little metal ball in them
i didn't put my Novak Motor back in because it snow all today so i put in a 20 turn so i can do a little drifting and play around
and i have all my electronics in the box so when i want to go play in the water i just silicone the box shut and BOOM she's 100% water proof
works pretty good too

to start off i grinded a little section off the chassis because my servo kept hitting when i would go to flex.

Grinded

FRESH PAINT (Flat black)

i put silicone around my servo to help keep the water out. it work pretty good too (the reason it's orange is because all i had laying around was high temp silicone)

Then Front Axle.

Then i even put some of those Traxxas tie rod bearings in the stock shocks too. it made a huge improvement because they always had a slight bind in them when the would move up and down. so i put that black spacer in too and now the breath a whole lot better

Then Some WHEELS!!

Here's my electronic box that i put all my stuff in. it's a tight fit but it work perfect

then i put the lid on it and bolt it down

then pop some zip ties here and there

over head look

Of Course some posser shot
it can almost flex a Full 90* which is crazy for a SCX-10 all the pics i see they're maxed out on 3 tires
i'm on a soda can and a Tire, their 7" tall so it works
and all my tires are touching the ground!!!!
