| Wraith Output in SCX10 Tranny
This may have been brought up before but not sure cause I didnt find it. Well I want a Larger Spur Gear something like a 93 or 96 and I was wondering if I can take the Rear Output Shaft from a Wraith and put it on the Front Output Shaft of the SCX10 to clear the larger spur? If so where can I find just the Shafts from the Wraith?

I'm not too sure that would work, the rear output shaft has a support bearing at the end where the shaft goes. The main bearing is also much larger. Here is some pics... Step by Step Wraith Kit Build - Part IV - Transmission This right here would be exactly what your needing....but you would have to use Traxxas T-maxx half shafts also. yeah it wont work. they have a larger area where a larger bearing rides on it I suppose if you had it milled down, but at that point, there's probably an easier solution |
