| Flatbed Honcho
I've been building this truck for a couple weeks now and had it posted in the 2.2 section as I had it mocked up with 2.2's, I figured I should repost it here as I not running 2.2's I wanted to try and build myself a flat deck for this build and it turn out not to bad. Just recently built myself a bumper which I incorparated a 4" Lightbar. Hopefully it wont take to many hits being there but the lights right where you need it. I sitll have a few things left to do, like some rock rails and maybe a rear bumper but not sure about that. onto the pics. |

You put a winch plate on that bumper, I would buy one.

Got some more work done today, I was able to get the rock sliders fabed up and installed. Most likely re-do them, but for now they well do. I was also able to mount up the winch. Kind of a different take on it but should work. I might have to adjust the position of the winch as I don't think it will spool properly the way it is now. I just took the fairlead off the 3racing winch and mounted it to the bumper. Looks ok?!? winch is out of the way. Need a proper hook that's for sure. The winch line is 1/64 wire rope and is really strong and I was able to spool 10-11 feet of it onto the winch. probably had room for another 5 feet. Some pics. I added a few cross braces to the rock sliders. Should be a good spot to mount the batteries.

That's awesome. You should mount a 3rd brake light up top of the backrack and incorporate some taillights to the bumper. Good job!
