Broken differential gears, broken diff locker, broken axle shaft...

Grab a few tools and tear into it. Take pics and post the results.

Its the front wheels so broken diff locker will not be an issue?

Front and rear axles are the same internally so yes it could be.

Have you even tore it apart yet?
If your not running the spool in the front then that's the problem.

It could be the little pin that goes through the axle right at the wheel. Take your wheel off and check the pin and the 12mm adapter to the wheel. Maybe something broke externally.

Good call... Could be a missing hex pin.

BINGO!! I was at the trail and forgot my hex key so I wasn't able to take out the wheels to check.

I lost the pin (wheels are pinmount).
