Shock rebuild time! Starting with rears. Using 60t oil. Using Proline scaler upper dual springs and Stock scx lower springs.

Rebuilt the Front shocks. Using 60w oil. Stock scx shock springs top and bottom.

I been using the Traxxas steel push rods. Something I want to try was using Axial bent rod ends. This made more cleaner transition from the skid plate to rod ends. Will see how they hold up.

I just installed them today. I haven't had a chance to run it.

It help with anti-squat. In simple terms it means your truck will climb better.

See first post for some science. For crawling they do help push the front end down more when climbing.

Great looking Mog. I built on two years ago and sold it. One of those things I wish I could have back.

Thumbs up Re: eric113's Mog

The pics look great. Beautiful place to run it at. The rocks look very different than the grey granite we run on here in So Cal. Looks like your rocks are coated in white frosting or something.

Thanks. I did run it around on the carpet. It looks like I have some torque twist to remedy. I have few orders coming in this week, getting ready for Texas state finals.

AAAnnnnnddd back to smaller swampers. XL's are just too big for the mog. Later on this week I will be ordering new C.I. foams for the smaller swampers, new hardware for the golden horizon wheels and siping the tires.
