jeep xj and jk pics

The xj is mine and the jk belongs to my buddy. The xj is a dingo kit, and the jk is a rtr honcho with custom links. I painted both of the bodies, and we figured we snap a few pics of them before they get all beat up. These are our first crawlers and we are hooked, lots of fun. The dingo is powered by an axial 27t and ae-2 esc. The honcho is VXL powered, both on 2s. Let me know what you think. I'll post some more pics next time out, my camera died after these.

I saw that write up, but we made them out of black clothes hangers. With a little bit of heat, you can bend it anyway you need it. For the top of mine (cherokee) I cut up a wire twist cap and painted it to look like a k&n filter. My buddy used a boot from a small alligator clip. They both turned out pretty good, and you cant beat free.
