Default New Dingo Kit w/ Extras!

Well my wife surprised me with a New Axial Dingo Kit. SWEET...... So let's get to building.
Well I have to say the.bags are not marked all that well and searching for parts has been interesting. Taking some time but not to bad, got the kit home at 3:00 and it's only been 2 hours into the build , the front and rear diffs are built, wheels and tires glued, the lower links built, and the shocks built, drive shafts built and they were assembled. Still going....

I'm also going to be putting some parts and stuff I had from other builds,
HH BR-XL ESC, Axial 27t motor, Savox Servo, CC BEC, FlySky rx and done other things here and there.

You need a new one bro. My lady bought me my wraith, scx and exo. Then she made a course through our living room, which when I completed it with no faults, I was rewarded with naked time!

My old lady bought me a TF2 for my birthday but used my PayPal account to do it.

Ha ha ha rewarded with naked time. I think I'll go negotiate terms right now.

STRC c-hubs and Knuckles with scx10 universals.

That's the same servo I use on the majority of my rigs and I love it. Cost-to-effectiveness ratio can't be beat.

I'm done for the night with the kit. Need to fix a few things on the Wraith before tomorrow. Went pretty fast I guess.

So since I didn't see anyone posting early for the GTG I decided to get a start back on the Dingo. Added my Tough Armor front and rear bumpers, winch and made to the right length upper front 4 links.

The Universals really help with steering angle, really opens up from stock range.

Well I got some more done today including putting another scx10 back together and finishing my Wraith.

When checking articulation it seems I'll have some mild trimming to do before the fender flares are installed.

Got the flares installed and I think it cleans it up and looks finished.

Lookin pretty good...

I have been drooling for a crawler for a while and have been thinking about the Dingo kit. I've been racing SC but am starting to tire of all the meat heads that race.

How many people have been showing up at New Reds? I'm in Bartow and would like to go up and watch a comp before diving in...

Anywhere 15 to 20 people will be there if not more. If you can come out next Sunday Ill let you drive my SCX10 or the Wraith and see what its like. Hope you can make it, its always fun.

If you have fried two esc's there is def something wrong with your build, wiring or setup.

What ESC did you fry? I have run everything from stock AE-2, BR-XL, XL-5, MMP and never had an issue.

Please explain your setup.

I purchased the Gear Head shock relocation kit for my one Scx10 and liked it so much I decided to make a copy of it. Seems easy enough. Well here it is on my Dingo (this is the bought Gear Head version.)
Then I made a set for my 2.2 Cherokee.
