Got some things done finally. Mounted my new Holmes Hobbies torque master BRXL.

Mounted on a chassis plate and in a project box. It will be waterproofed.

New cherokee body



Got some base paint down. Will do some masking for the final color.



Got the outer coat on. Gonna paint up the trim on the bumpers and roof rack next.

You have a rust color on the inside and your real color on the outside. As the outside gets scratched, the paint comes off revealing the rust color on the inside. Looks like that your truck's scratches are rusting. Just a battle damage trick A lot of people do that

Got the fenders, roof rails and bumpers painted black. Need to trim and mount next.

lol i was confused by the fenders at first. i couldn't figure out why the flairs looked so distorted until i realized that the body hadn't been cut yet.

Yes. I have a light set I bought for my summit that I am gonna wire up. Also looking at making my own bumpers.
