Default RPP Shock Relocation Kit

I dont get the RPP shock relocation kit that is supposed to make the SCX10 look more scale? To me ( and this is just my opinion ) the kit makes it look more fake than anything.

On a 1:1 rig with coil over suspension, it would most likely be set up just as the SCX10 is from the factory.

Just my $ .02

Hey, I've got 2 cents in my pocket...

The Trail Finder 2 rear shock setup is practically the same as the relocation kit except that the Trail Finder has leaf springs as well.

If you use the RC4WD shocks with internal springs available at RPP
you can get the scale look with the relocation kit as a 1:1 truck

Now we have 4 cents in the collection

Exactly, I can see that kit working with scale shocks and either coils in the norml locations or leaf springs, that would be pretty realistic. Old Dodge trucks have run their shocks in that position for years. Just wouldnt look right using the stock SCX10 shocks/springs though...

I was at Axialfest camping next to Corey from RPP and saw this kit up close. It allows the rear axle to articulate and twist as smooth as butter! It is a great alternative to having tall rear shock hoops!

Perfect for a drop bed the kit is. It can be part of a more complicated/tailored setup per vehicle model. Not everything comes in a kit the way you want it, that's what makes this segment of rc awesome
