| A little different Honcho......
Thought someone may get a kick out of this. My wife really enjoys Scale RC, crawling & trail running and she is really getting into it with me. This is her 1st scale RC that I picked up for her. It's just a RTR, I put the Axial aluminum steering upgrade on it and that's about it for hop ups right now. I taped off all the fatory decals and painted the cab with Satin Pink Krylon fusion for plastic. Not sure if I've ever seen a pink Trail Honcho on here, so I figured I'd post it up. Had to make it a little different and unique for her. |

I like it! My wife has been showing some interest lately so last week I found a Honcho on Craigslist. Should be here in the next day or so. Maybe in time to do some trail riding this weekend. Defintely a great way to spend some quality time. |

Looks good!! My mom is a breast cancer survivor, so I tend to like the color pink. I haven't done an entire vehicle in pink yet, but I had pink windows on my B4 buggy, and pink dish wheels on my race stadium truck. My wife also has been getting interested in trucks thanks to my scale vehicles. In fact, she's kind of taken over my Honcho, and I now solely drive my CC-01 rigs. I'm planning on building a Dingo this fall, so then we'll both have SCX-10 chassis vehicles to drive...but she really likes the Honcho. I actually call it hers now!!! |

Excellent job on that Honcho. You can barely tell it's pink. And that colour changes the whole texture of the body. Softens it up and makes the material look thicker. Muchos brownie points, methinks. |

Thanks guys, I did the paint job yesterday to suprise her, she loves it! When we 1st started going out and driving my Honcho at different places, she started taking it over, especially once I got a Wraith! So I had to buy her, her very own Honch so I could get mine back!!! |

I bought my SCX10 thinking my wife would drive it and I would stick with my Emaxx, turns out she liked the emaxx more and now all I do is go scaling... lol I even painted the Dingo body a nice gumdrop purple (krylon fusion as well, great stuff) A bit of an older pic but its Girlie'd right out. |

My phone took a dump. But it's working again now so hit me up! Lets go for a crawl this weekend. Tony just gave me the good news on the RC raceway being behind socorccrawlers. Badass. I'm about 40% done with a logo I know you'll love |

That's awesome! The girlfriend is going to try and make it out to a G2G with me tomorrow. We'll see how she holds up in the Florida heat and humidity with a couple dudes going R/C crawling. Fink |
