Default Big, Blue Jeep Cherokee XJ

This SCX10 started out as the Midwest 4WD Honcho (here is my thread) - Midwest 4WD Tacoma Honcho

Here is what it looked like with everything stock.

I purchased a set of RC4WD's new IROKs in X2-SS compound and chopped off the fender flares to accomodate the bigger rubber.

I then added a proline roof rack w/ lights.

Just last night I decided to make a tow strap using orange flat shoe lace and some heatshrink. Didn't turn out too bad!

I love the look of this thing so far and its killer on the trails with all weight I added to the wheels up front.

I have much more planned, but i figured this is enough to start a thread.

you're probably going to want to raise the front bumper. and you will definitly need metal steering links

Looks great, love xj's. I agree on getting metal steering links, made a huge difference on mine. Also you can heat up the sliders and bend them up to meet the body to give you some more clearance.

Looks Good! I have an XJ body laying around waiting for me to do something with. Are those 2.2 Iroks and how do you like them?

Thank you, and those are actually the new 1.9 Iroks in X2-SS compound. They are killer pieces of rubber.

Here is video of the jeep in action!
