How much are you wanting to narrow? Would a set of RC4WD with a pin mount be enough? Not sure of the offset but you'd loose at least some of the thickness of the hex. But then you might run into clearance issues with shocks and knuckles. Some of the VP wheels with a thin hub may get you narrower too. Are you wanting to do this for looks or??
Didn't realize it was a problem..

how much more narrow are you looking for?

for narrowing axles - measure MANY times. basics of it is to simply cut out sections from either side of axle housing, then cut inner axles to match and file them to fit back into locker. you'll also have to modify the housing a bit to re-accept your c-hubs and lockouts. google "narrowed axial axles" and you'll find a couple good results to look at. also there's TLT axles.

you could ditch your wheel hexes and use wheels that seat on the pins - that might get about 1/2" narrower. narrowed wheels won't get much, but might do something. dunno about different offset wheels since steering knuckles would be hitting unless you went with larger wheels to clearance.

I just found some MRC axles. Are those any good? I'm trying to get it to fit within 190-200mm range with wheels. I'm solely doing this for looks.

depends on what you're trying to do with your rig that will determine if they're going to be any good or not. but since there's so much aftermarket support, and because you already have them, the axials are going to be better IMO.
if just for looks and because you want them - go for it

here's some quick axle width (wms) reference i found:
Losi MRC 140mm
Tamiya TLT 180mm
Tamiya High-Lift 186mm
Axial SCX 192mm
Tamiya Jugg/TXT 260mm
