Default Body Mount For Clodbuster

I am finally done shortening the wheelbase on my SCX10 so that my clodbuster body will fit. Now I am stuck on how to mount it. I am trying to avoid drilling four more holes in the body (in addition to the four drilled at the factory) but I'm not dead set against it. What is the simplest set up?

Personal favorite is velcro, make a mount on the sides and front, I use aluminum angle, and stick the velcro on.

From I've read and experienced with Velcro is make sure you don't skimp on it. Roll overs will knock the body loose or off. Thinking about it, you might not want it firm either if it's a hardbody. Some give so hardbody doesn't get broke.

It's the actual mounts I'm having trouble with. I wanted to drill holes in some plates, run some long screws into the holes, then velcrow over the plates. The screws were going to replace the stock body posts and I was going use a nut to hold them in position but the nuts rub against the area where the shocks screw in. This caused the posts to flair out allot. I guess I can find some screws/bolts that will actually have to be screwed into the body mount holes. That way I won't need the nuts. I'm still new at this so any better suggestions would be appreciated.

velcro sounds like it would work good, but I've alway wondered how you get the body centered on the velcro ... It seems like the body would be impossible to get it to look right..
