made a set of front inners tonight, gladware™ container cut and painted. Still need add some plastic to make them go back a little more |

Looks good! i might be using something similar. I was planning on making the wheel wells and inner frame walls out of styrene, but this looks good. Thanks for the pic

I use the same tubs, mine didn't hold paint as well as I'd like but otherwise have been great. I scuffed the "inside" the body part and used outlaw black, next time I might try spray on bedliner on the wheel well side. I used a strip of black tape around the edges to keep the paint from rubbing off the body, a piece of split fuel tubing or duct tape on the inside of the body works also. |

Just a suggestion for anyone making inner fenders out of plastic tubs as shown above... If you want to paint them, I highly recommend Krylon Fusion paint. It's made specifically to use on plastic because it has a special bonding agent that helps it stick. Just a heads up! Good luck y'all! |

ive done this on quite a few, now i use pulled pork bowls from walmart if i need round ones or chinese takeout bowls for the squares, they both come in black plastic so no painting required

Mine are black Krylon on Gladware. Definitely use Krylon. Lexan paint does NOT stick.
