I've seen it done b4... on a jeep build. They trimmed the edges, and caped it with lexan. But thats not the problem... I just don't know what glue they used.

Styrene + super glue +beer = capped ends.


(P:S. Don't apply beer to bumper or styrene. It's a brain adhesive so knowledge sticks to it)

JB Weld putty is what I used once on a Proline bumper. Sand it and paint.
