Default Tamiya 1/14 body

Has anyone tried to fit a tamiya 1/14 semi truck body on a scx chassis? I was pondering making a paris/dakar support truck scaler and need a cab-the box i would fabricate.
dont want to go through the work of ordering one if it wont fit at all

It will be too small for the scx10 and look like crap.

you will need at least 1/10 or 1/8 scale to make it look right with axial axles.
