Default what size shock do you run?

I'm debating getting new shocks and I was wondering what size everybody is running. Can't make my mind up or figure out what length would be best. I currently have the gmade 90mm internal spring setup on droop, and it just doesn't do it for me. I'm going to get some coilovers and i'm not sure which size yet. I like the ride height of the current ones I have now, but there is practicly no up travel at all, and the shocks that came on it when I got it had no down travel. I want to find something that can actually do both

Swap the g mades over to sprung. Droop is shit. Sprung raises the truck around 20mm and has heaps of flex.

Your stock shocks can do both if you TUNE them. TRy taking the upper spring off the shocks. It will sit lower which and down travel. Try putting ballpoint pen springs inside the shocks under the pistons. Instant droop shock for free. I run stock shocks or rc4wd dual rates on all my rigs in a 90%droop configuration.
