|  Traxxas spur gear on scx10
Not sure if this has been done or not but I figured it was a cool mod for spur options All slipper parts and spur gear are for a rustler/stampede/2wd slash Not sure if its cheaper than an axial setup but it works if your local hobby shop doesn't carry axial -TRA5552X slipper rebuild kit -TRA5556 slipper pressure plate -TRA4686 spur gear  iPhone4 Last edited by eric113; 11-28-2012 at 10:15 PM. Nice. I drilled out a TRAXXAS spur gear to work on my axial transmission. So how much did the whole package cost? |

I've done this on a couple of my trucks. Mostly for the superior slipper clutch that you can actually adjust. Also used this to run Traxxas 32p spur on a truck without a gear cover, to help it better cope with grass and leaves and dirt. The pin on Axial shaft is much smaller than what the Traxxas slipper is meant for, but it works just the same. Once everything is tightened down you'd never know. |
