|  My motor is really loud? What's the deal?
I had my first motor in my honcho get loud while driving so I figured it was dirty so cleaned it and it was still loud so got a new motor and it's still loud lol what's the deal?

Did you clean your ears out recently?  I couldn't pass it up!That is weird...anything else different or changed? ESC, battery..etc? |

Lol ears are clean lol...... Its my buddy's honcho also..... My 2 honchos have barley any sound to the motors..... I know he has a rc4wd 35 turn....... And after he installed it, it had that sound

I doubt it's your motor making the noise. I would guess it's either your gear mesh or an issue with the gears in your transmission. Check your gear mesh. If that's not the issue, you might want to tear down your transmission for a good cleaning and inspection. |

Put a muffler on it LOL....Id say its the mesh is too tight

Lol well that mesh was messed with and still sounded the same so will have to start ripping gears apart.

Run all motors alone, outside of your truck. This will eliminate the unknowns (tranny, axles, driveshafts, etc) If your motor is loud while bench resting then it's the motor. If the motor is quiet while bench testing then the noise comes from your drivetrain somewhere. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2 |

I have an uncle that gets loud when he drinks... it's very annoying but doesn't affect his overall performance that much.
