So like a lot of us i was ready to hop on the Axial JK Bandwagon that was when my buddy called me and asked if i knew anyone looking for a crawler, He had picked up a Axial Dingo on Craigslist and had gotten bored with it

$200.00 later it was mine. He had put in the traxxas xl5 lipo cutoff speed control and a traxxas 12t motor.

so first thing i did was cut up the wife's mesh laundry basket

then i found a HPI Baja Bug rack for $8.00 bucks shipped

it comes with really cool scale mirrors

got a 3Racing winch for Christmas

and a set of MTHead beadlock rings

I 4 linked it with traxxas revo push rods TRA5318 .

i am looking for a new dingo body for this build

what a score! i bought my dingo kit without axles drive shafts tires and foams for 200 spent like 800 bucks and got a pretty bad a looking rig hope you find a body cant wait to see how this one turns out

Looks good so far. Cant wait to see it once you get a new body to build it like the yellow one.

i couldn't just stop at the hood... just needs a coat of krylon fusion and some shoe goo

cool, i like the diamond plate, i remember when mine looked like that, when they first came, 3 years ago, still running strong, i hope your turns out like the yellow one cos it's bad a$$.
