Im just finished building my dingo kit. When i turn the wheels, the driveshafts have a good amout of resistence. I think i got thread lock in the yoke area :(
Any ideas on how to fix it?

Also, i dont have alot of travel, the shocks are stiff... What can i do to fix tht (i used the schock oil given...)

Shocks:

It sounds like you need to bleed the shocks. You can trap air when putting on the cap which will make the shocks very stiff.

Also you need to make sure that the piston travels smoothly in the shock body. The little nib of plastic that attaches the piston to the tree will also make the shock stiff.

Here is a video that shows how to bleed the shocks.

Not sure about the driveshafts, but for the shocks you either have too much oil, air trapped or a little plastic nub on the piston grabbing the shock body. Did you bleed the shocks when you assembled them, or fill them up all the way to the top?

I don't know if you have same problem as mine. I found the problem is the yoke has too much angle that cause drive shaft resistance. The driveshafts are running smoothly after applying some grease on all yokes.
