I read harleys guide to removing glued tires.. its very simple heat oven to 350 and place on sheet for 15 mins ish take out and the side that was facing up will pop right off flip them over and put em back in for about 5 mins ish and now that side will pop off. Use oven mits the tires get pretty hot! And yes it WILL stink.

few lil updates..

wanted to spread the lower shocks out so i attatched them where the lockout screw goes in. since i have beef tubes the mount is pretty dang solid. i used the supplied extra trans spacers to take place of where the shocks origionally were.

here is a pic of the "spread". im happy with how it turned out.

also i noticed the stock plastic shock hoops have a lot of side to side movement. so i drilled the holes out in the shock mounts so a longer screw would just pass through and into an axial link. made the setup much more rigid.

also using the suplied spacers i trimmed them shorter and i moved the battery up front. this is only a temp location till i can get some thin sheet alum and build my own bracket to get the battery lower, similar to how my jeeps battery is mounted.

heres a shot of the shortened spacers
