Default Make a dingo go fast?

Going to get a dingo and was wondering if it is possible to make it go reasonably fast. Not like a short course truck speed, but enough to not be shown up by a 1/18 racer

Mine will easily keep up with a wraith with dual 27t on 2S lipo but you could always go with a brushless setup or if your on a budget just look at lower turned brushed motors such as a slash motor on ebay.

On my old scx10 I ran a 20 tooth pinion and an 80 tooth spur with a 20 turn axial motor and it really woke up. It was a lot faster and still crawled good with the 2.2 ripsaw tires on it. And it was on a 2 cell lipo.

NOTErized!

I decided on an Axial 20 turn motor, a Tekin FX-r Pro ESC, and a 2s 25c 5000mah lipo. I ended up with the ability to pull massive wheelies, a 50+ minute runtime, and enough speed to make me really happy. This is the way to go. PS: This doesn't work a as a slow crawler.

Im thinking about going to the 2 speed summit trans. That way I can have the best of both worlds.

To much speed and the become roll-o-matics.
