|  Axial links with Vanquish Currie Axles
I wanted to know if I would be able to use the axial links with the currie axles because I have the axial orange links and I dont want to get rid of them. I saw on vanquish's website that you need to use their links with the axles. Is this true or will the axial links work? Thanks! |

As you know, they say you can't, but i would also like to know why? Surely they can be made as with the scx10 links?

front uppers have a bend in them to clear the bottom of the chassis, also the lengths are pretty different. The 4 link mount on the Currie axle is quite a bit higher up than the mounting point on the stock axle. You can make your own links for sure, but the stockers won't fit.  |

You can use your lowers but not the uppers. On a stock SCX10 the bottom links are longer then the top. With the curries the top link is longer then the bottom. If you used the stock uppers it would clock the back of the diffs down for horrible driveshaft angles and less clearance.
