First thing I did was paint the "beadlock" rings black and added a little mesh canvas

And then wanted to new paint job so my favorite color it is 2012 Chrysler gecko green

Primed

And color

Well took it out on its first out door test. It did good tires gripped good only real complaint is the week body rolled a few times the passenger mirror pulled threw body and the roll cage pushed threw the body on almost all the mounting points. Like really? The rig is bone stock no weight added or nothing . Here a few pics

So with the primer, paint and clear coat, does the colour stick fine on the lexane? Just asking before i do it myself...dont want the color to pop off after few rolls

I did some hard roll overs lol like 20 + berral rolls down a hill lol And it got scratched up a bit mosly on top of the windshield .
Just lightly scuff the body and prime color and clear. Seems to be holding fine just a few of those mister down hill roll overs

Got board so messed around with the rear shocks. It's a little over kill but with some limiting straps or a wraith sway bar might do the trick

It has lots of tourque twist like this so Maybe a soft sway bar what y'all think

And going to order some new longer shocks for the front And or maybe some 70mm will work good for the rear the way it's set up now ... Hmmmm

Wow, that green sure looked purdy when it was fresh...looks even better with a layer of dust on it.

Edit: BTW, you could put the stock bumpstops inside of the shock (under the piston) to limit down travel in the rear. It may just be perfect.

I used to have my rear shocks triangulated like this and does extremely good for flex and everything but just a warning if you try to sidehill the body roll is crazy having the shocks like this. i could barely get on an incline of about 20 degrees and the body roll would pull the truck over. nice build though! truck looks tits!

That Green is super sick! I have to say I think the wrangler is the only vehicle in the U.S. that truly looks good in any color. especially the brighter less traditional colors. Search "Crush Recovery" on here to check out the sick orange I used on mine!
