| Narrowing stock Honcho roll cage for Hilux??
Hi all Does anyone know how to narrow stock Honcho roll cage? We're talking 4mm maybe but I think it's needed. Has anyone done this yet? I'm pairing Hilux cab with stock Honcho roll cage, just like here: Also, I'm not sure what I'm missing but it seems when you line up Hilux cab front fenders properly with wheels and attach stock Honcho roll cage - like it above video - it seems that the roll cage has to be pushed forward and that it can not be sitting in its old position with stock Honcho cab because Hilux cab and stock roll cage are about 1 inch shorter. But this is secondary issue for now, narrowing the roll cage is primary if anyone has some suggestions please. I was thinking of cutting the roll cage in half (along side), removing about 4mm or so and glueing it back together but strong woud that be i'm not sure. Any input welcome please. Cheers Igz |

Don't let that stop you from doing one, it really doesn't look inappropriate in person. I did one following KJ's build as well. front shot rear shot |
