Default Brett's Jeep JK

I was inspired to do this rig from a guy who made currie axled JK,who worked for Poison Spyder. My JK is pretty much stock for right now but all my money is going towards. The parts will slowly stack as i am only 16. Also here are my other VP equipped rigs BRETT's wraith and Brett's Honcho . Enough talking, here is the part list and some pics. if you have any questions post it in the comments and i will get back to you.

CHASSIS:

RC4WD jeep JK Rampage bumper with D-rings

Axial swing out Poison Spyder rear bumper

King off road shocks (90mm)

VP titanium Currie axle links (hint)

DRIVE TRAIN:

MIP scx10 driveshafts

ELECTRONICS:

castle Mamba Max Pro (MMP)

TEKIN ROC 412 2300kv
Hitec HS-7950TH

Castle BEC (7.4v)

RC4WD Bulldog winch

Futaba 4PL

FUTURE PARTS:

VP Currie enterprise axles

VP knuckles and C-hubs

AX2 2-speed transmission

axial HD gears

VP universals

Jevne battery mount

Low profile Savox servo for the AX2

maybe some pitbull tires

I cant decide if i want 1.9 Mayhem Engineering Monster Raw/black ring, or VP 1.9 OMF in black and grey.

Tower O money

to be honest i have never ran them and they seem pretty stiff if they havent been compressed in a while, but imo i would go with some gmade zeros or XDs because they are softer and bulkier.

More updates! fenders are bolted in. Next is the cage then paint (orange). Also mock up picks.

My Jeep's brothers are very VP'd out.

You've got some killer parts in there so far. I can't wait to get my kit and put it together.

Yeah I guess I was pretty gung-ho about chores and weekend jobs too. Had several go fast cars back when I was that age.

Keep up the hard work and nice builds, making it hard not to buy them currie axles

"go fast" like a traxxas or a real car? Curries are next then wheels.

Both. My 96 nissan 240sx took my $ (damn I miss that car) and had a AE RC10t2, RC10b2, Traxxas stampede and a HPI rs4 mini.

Keeping watch on this

Most of it was suspension mods, coilovers, sways, control arms, LSD, injen cai, hks exhaust. Was going for the nismo 270r look. Mine was similar to this but mine was white.

Didnt do the swap because im in CA and it wouldn't pass smog so I tried to do everything I could besides swap. I had the s14 before the drift scene went main stream lol. Autocrossed it a few times and then whem the drift thing was big I sold it for.more than I bought it for.

Saw a few years ago but the guy I sold it to painted it teal for some awful reason =( but was glad it was alive still. Anyways back on track more rc ppics!
