Default Multipurpose, Take 2.

I am starting another one, its going to be a clone of a scx10. Going to be used for everything, a tow rig for my Mud truck, a work truck, off roader, ect...
Using an old proline f100 body, its going to be cleaned up and re painted, prob the same colors. Then a all steel flat bed will be behind it, thinking about both a frame mounted reciever hitch and a bed mounted, 5th wheel /goose neck hitch.
A trailer will be built after the flatbed, 20' ish car hauler/flatbed.
I built this frame a while back using the scx brace, skid plate kit. Shocks I stole of project lightweight, beadlocks I have had for a while now. Pretty standard stuff,
On to the pics...
Chassis.

F250?

Bronco

And Highlux

I was trying to figure out a way to mount the bed without a ton of holes being drilled, I think I did...
This piece will be mounted between the frame rails on the cross members, then brazed to the bed.

Mounted to the bottom of the bed.

On the truck.

Looks like a truck you would go pick up firewood with. Nice job on the bed.

Thanks man, that was the look I am going for,farm/ranch work truck that does a bit of everything.

I reworked the bed today, the supports wern't holding, and I dropped the truck and folded my front bumper. Made a new one just like the first, out of heavier material.
