They are swiveling body washers.A small body clip goes through it and it supports the body from behind,therefore different width bodies can be used as they are supposed to be mounted on the side of the AX-10 Scorpion frame.Hope this helps

you put them on the body mount posts , put a pin through them and the go on the back side of your body (take the place of round rubber or plastic disks)
