Scx10 unlimited jk rtr and questions

So I bought this used for my daughter. It came as you see in the pictures with a savox 1230sg servo. I have never had or driven a rock crawler. One thing I noticed was that the passenger side shock is noticeably stiffer and bottoms out on the servo link. The drivers side has significantly more suspension travel. Without further ado... here are the promised images. I paid 275 shipped for this rig.

Same thing in the rear. Hits on the axle truss.

Also how do I mprove steering. This thing takes a football field to turn around. I'm really glad I decided to order the scx10.2 kit for myself.
