Default Scale shocks options?

I'm having a hard time deciding on what shock to put on my Honcho. I'd like to keep them scale so big bores are out of the question. I did search but could find a thread specifically for scale shocks.

I really like the looks of the Pro-line power strokes but I've heard that these will slightly limit your travel. Is this true?? I was looking to either stay with the same amount of travel of slightly increase travel.

I also like the looks of these 90mm king shocks but can't can find much info on them. How do they perform on a scx10? Is the 100mm a better choice?

Another option I was considering was to buy the Axial aluminum shocks.

There are also some others made by RC4wd that are made not to take oil. They look sweet but I can't imagine they'd perform very well with out oil.

I'd like to hear from people who own or had experience with these shocks. Also I'm sure there must be more to choose from.

I'd like them to be 90-95mm. 100mm max. Must be scale shocks!

Stick with the stock shocks. Or if you want to upgrade to aluminum ones. Never had a problem with either.

The new rc4wd king shocks are nice with 70wt oil.

You'll be hard pressed to find a 90mm shock with as much, or more travel than the stock Axials, and most are a bit larger in diameter making them less scale. I actually think the stock shocks offer too much travel with the bumpstops out. I'm not sure how the rc4wd ultimate scale shocks do, but they are pretty much out the window since you don't want to loose any travel, and for an SCX10 they aren't exactly scale unless you convert to leaf springs and pull the internal springs out of the shocks.

How cool would it be if they made some tripple bypass King replicas to run along side the coilovers?
