Cms kit - is something wrong?

I just bought a cms kit for my jk kit and now that the servo is off the axel, the steering seems to suck the suspension down when turning left or right... Isn't the panhard supposed to prevent that?

Does the axel mounted servo generally perform better than a CMS?

What would you do? Leave servo on axel?

Thanks!

Mike

From my experience, axle mounted = better performance and stability, cms = better scale looks. When I had my wraith, I went to a cms, and noted just what you did. If I had kept the wraith, I personally would have went back to axle mount. But unless there is a reason you need one or the other, I would say go with the one you like the most - :)

its cause the link isnt the right length. you will have to make your own link or buy one that is the correct lenght. What is happening is that the short link gets to a point then starts pulling on the axle. Had the same issue with my Level3 CMS but I made my own link and it works great.

Make the panhard link the same length and mounted at the same angle as your drag link and you should be good to go. Probably easier said than done.
