Default why you dont wheelie a honcho

i know its stupid, but i like to make my rcs do wheelies. the wraith can, and so can the honcho apparently...except it doesnt like to....

so after doing one today, i ended up with no engine to wheel mesh. all 4 tires turn when you spin one, but nothing from the motor input. looks like ill be getting rrp gears sooner than i thought....

Yup, you'll need the full bullet prof drive train for wheelies.

ok, so RRP doesnt show anything for the scx10, just the wraith and ax10. i know ONE of those is similar...

is there a place to get the "bulletproof" trans gearing? linky?

I don't know what your running but if you plan on abusing serious power, you should also look into:
MIP Drive Shafts
Axial HD gears
Axial/VP Universal front axles
Gunnar Pins
Beef Tubes
Aluminum wheels

I was able to do wheelies with my scx10 no prob didn't wreck anything till I wheeled it then I had to upgrade to mip shafts. Iam sure it didn't help that Iam running a velinion set up outs my slash XD

thankfully i put the cart before the horse. i opened her up tonight fully intent on tearing down the trans and taking some gnarley carnage shots for you guys, but alas it is not to be. seems that the "issue" is a familiar one to me, the set screw on the motor gear came loose and was lettin the shaft just spin. why dont i just loctite these damn things when i buy them? (better yet, why doesnt the factory....)
