With the axle skidplates you lose clearance. Chassis skidplate is a nice touch.

I put axle skid plates on mine yesterday. See pics in my thread.

Yes, they eat clearance. But only a few mm.

Thinking about chassis skid.

I put the chassis skid on, looks nice.
Gonna skip the axle skids. Can't put them in the classifieds till Thursday. (30 day rule)

I bought the axle skids and although they look nice, they didn't work for me functionally. Gets hung up at times.

Both eat up ground clearance, aluminum does not slide well over rocks and you could spend your money on much better parts that result in an UPGRADE. So big meh for both parts.
