SCX10 spur protection mod

I flipped and mirrored my tranny and have my battery mount up front on my Dingo. After I did the mod I kept worrying that the spur may rub my battery wires and damage them and as y'all know the factory cover won't fit after you do this. So I came up with a very simple guard to keep this from happening. Its made from metal pipe strap that you can pick up at Home Depot for about $4 a roll. All I did was make a "hoop" and wrapped it with electrical tape then secured it on either side with the tranny plate screws. Not sure if my wires would have ever become hurt by the gears but this way my mind is at ease.
