Default trail honcho 2.2s

hey I have a rtr trail honcho and I am wanting to put 2.2s on it. I looked at rc4wds 2.2 mickey Thompson Baja mtz tires they are 4.75 inches tall. what all do I have to do to make room for the them tires? I want to keep the 12.3 inch wheelbase and still keep it look like a real full size scale truck. what do I have to do to the truck? can yall post some pics on what your rigs look like with 2.2 tires on it?

The 1.9 Baja Claw TTC are 4.75" as well, and might look a little better on your Honcho with the 1.75" width vs the 2" width of the MTZ. Here's what the 1.9 Claws look like on my 12.5" wheelbase JK so you can get an idea. Even these are on the side of being slightly too big IMO.

This is my honcho build: My craigslist find! New to trailing,,,,

I prefer the performance of the 2.2's. I have some wraith r35 compound coming as the ones I have now are pretty stiff

if there rubbing you could do two things raise the body or get a lift kit for your suspension i made my own lift kit so i could use 2.2`s on my rig with a certain body i have and it works really good
