Default Jeepspeed Cherokee SCX10 for Terra X

OK, I asked this in my Dingo thread but didn't get any answers. So I'll try it's own thread.

Question for SCX-10 owners out there. Has anyone ever set one of these up strictly for Terra-X style racing? What mods have you done? I would like to make mine handle a little better at high speeds. With the 3S battery/35T motor it rolls over pretty easy at full throttle. I was thinking I would make battery trays for the top of the rock sliders and run 2 3s 1300 packs in parallel for Terra-X heats. One on each side to help lower CG. Then run 2 2500 packs in parallel for G6 use. Right now I have the battery mounted in front of the trans, across the frame rails via a BPC battery mount. Also what tire/foam set up would work best for T-X. Are we allowed to run SC tires and wheels? Like maybe the tires and wheels off of the EXO Terra?

I thought that Terra-X was strictly for.. well.. Terra buggys. Isn't there a restriction?
