I run these on both my rigs, New Bright scx10 JK and a 1.9 wraith and there great value for money, also cheep and easy to change the beadlock rings with delrin rings from Mthead.

I have them on my new JK kit - cheap, easy to install and look great. Wish they were a little heavier though.

Yes, they are best wheels imo, light strong, and cheap! I run them on my SCX and AX...you can buy different beadlock rings from Axial and many others in colors, paint your own, etc. I've never broken one, if you want more weight a wrap of fishing lead wire in the internal groove (under the foams) fits great! I like to use 2-56 x 3/8" buttonhead screws in place of the stock 2 x 10mm socket head screws, because they look better, don't hang up on rocks and screw right in nice and snug.

Here they are on my Honcho: Natedog's Honcho kit build

Sold my AX but there's a pic of the Axial Star 2.2 in there with flat head 2-56 screws also.

great feedback guys, I appreciate it. now my decision is what color to get for my dingo. I am leaning towards the chrome for a more classic look.

Same here on the 2-56 screws, alot less strippage than the puny m2. Keep in mind that with those screws and stock alum rings, you'll need to open up the screw holes a bit in the rings. Mthead rings are made to work with 2-56 though and his products are highly recommended.

I have them and liked them for the most part. Only issue I have with them is the hex starts to wear out if your rig starts to gain weight. I'm up to just about 6.5lbs and the rears are getting harder to remove due to the hexes rounding out and stuck. For entry level they are great for the price. The ones I'm working on now are going to be all aluminum so hopefully it won't happen again.

I don't think you will be disappointed at all. I picked up a set for my build because I did not want to glue the tires on. Just be careful with those tiny screws they strip easy. If you are looking for upgraded rings check out Welcome to Locked Up RC - Scale Performance Parts they have some nice stuff and all the hardware to go with them.

Do metric drivers work on the 2-56 screws?
