Default Some questions regarding motors and 3s lipo

1. What changes would I feel in my rig going from the stock 27t motor to say a Holmes hobbies 27t

2 would a 35 turn motor make my rig slower but with lots of torque?

3. Would Adding a 3s to the 35t motor give me killer torque and decent speed?

Basically I want stong torque and enough speed to throw around some sand and dirt when I want..

Right now my wroncho setup is quite fast with a wraith 20t stock gearing and 18t pinion. But it's gutless on the climbs and runs too hot.

If your running on 1 cell, or even 2 cell, now, then you will notice a big difference going w 3 cell. I run 3 cell on a 27 turn axial stock motor and it will fly and still has great low end torque. And u can run up to 3 cell on a stock ae2 esc. I'm betting the 35 would be just what your looking for on 3 cell

I just got a HH 35t off the classifieds. I do have the ae-2 speed controller with cc BEC. Can't wait to try them out on my rig. I'll post pics when they come in
