| 72 Chevy class 2 crawler! Caution pic heavy!!!
About a month ago I got really into scale crawling with a couple of buddies and a local club. At the time I had a wraith but it just wasn't scale.... So I sold it and bought this..... It was cooland all but it's a "cookie dough crawler in my opinion! Mandatory flex shot! So I decided to go a little different! All painted up and body mounted. Cow I just need to figure out the hood situation.... And finally body mounted good on and ready to crawl!! |

You can take the rear body posts out now... Personally, I liked your "cookie cutter" crawler better. But I am a jeep/bronco guy, so that is to be expected. Last edited by TheScaleAddict; 06-06-2013 at 09:39 PM. |

Why did you cut the hood off the body in the first place?

Yeah.. If I didn't I would have to pull the complete body off and it's not the easiest to do on the trail.. So I cut the hood.

I took it out this weekend to a local and it did awesome until the drive shaft broke loose twice! The low center of gravity of this body was awesome!

I got the new driveshafts put on it late Thursday night and went for a test run Friday after work and it worked out great! Here is a picture of it with all the scale accessories and rack mounted! This truck is really starting to grow on me! |

And it was nice to be the only one at our local comp that didn't have a rubicon or jeep or honcho body! 20 class 2 trucks looked all the same except for mine!
