Default My Scx10 Maui Hawaii

ALoha, new to the Rc Crawling scene and this is one of my 3 scx10s that I own. One is a shelf queen, One is all stock, and this one is about to get used and abused ..I Bought this used but it was never used & added some of the upgrades.....The body is a little beat up because this body is from my other scx10 Still waiting for my other jeep body to arrive...Will post pics of the rest of my stuff later but for now here is this Scx10 JK rubicon

-Vanquish Lockers front and rear
-Vanquish front and rear axles
-Vanquish 1.9 OMF Wheels
-Heavy duty gears
-Gmade shocks
-Axial CVDs with Gunner pins
-Aluminum shock hoops.
-Aluminum Chub knuckles and lock outs
-Custom Bumpers
-Full metal heavy duty trans
-Spectrum waterproof receiver
-Sidewinder3 Waterproof Esc
-Trailmaster pro motor
-Aluminum Links

Also, post some of your crawling/trail spots in Maui, would love to see what the terrain is like there. Be you could find some gnarly dried lava volcano spots in Hawaii

can u tell me whats the lenght of the steering link from servo horn to knuckle eye to eye?

They are roughly 3.75" eye to eye

One other comment I have is that I have the same bumper as you... yours might be sticking out a bit far to where it will hit a lot of rocks. From what I see in the 3rd pic, you could probably move it in another half inch or so for more clearance when crawling. Mine is just about all the way in to the front of the chassis and it still gets in the way sometimes.

Just make sure to adjust bumpers before cutting body mount holes when you get your new body

I actually got this scx10 used for a good deal but it was never ran..and it came with the vanquish axles on the side...i wouldnt have bought them if not lol

Thanks for all the compliments everbody, when i finish my shelf queen i will post pics of that ride too...this jeep already took some abuse and the axles dont look so pretty no more

Thanks for the tip, i was gonna move it in but under flex my tires rub on the bumper so i cant but i will figure something out
