Dingo axle noise

I have a weird sound coming
From both of my axles on my unfinished dingo build.....like a weird clicking noise

For example roll it an inch or two and no noise go a little further and weird clicking/ grinding type noise....anyone ever experience this from both axles or just one?

Maybe it needs more grease???

Ahh maybe I should have tried the search button first...I guess I am going to tear the axles apart and rebuild....I saw some other people that had similar issue

Alright found the problem...took everything apart put it back together only to have the noise back...what I found out was that I was tightening the diff case together too tight....specifically the top two bolts

Have you checked the pinion bearings are fully seated ? I had a similar issue when I built my dingo. Clicking and slight roughness. Found that not tighten the diff haves cured it but my mind knew it wasn't right. Took it all apart and went through everything and found the inner pinion bearing wasn't fully home. Ran a screwdriver though bearing and really pushed against it and it finally went home. Could tighten everything up tight with no issues then.
