Oh, I love write ups... Here you go!

I bought a few squares of felt material from Hobby Lobby. (they are in a isle all by them self and look like stacks of paper) I think they were 4 for 1.00. They had every color imaginable even camouflage, I chose brown. If I did it again I would use some sort of fake leather.

The tools that I used to cut the felt were a pair of sharp scissors and a hobby knife to make the holes.



Once I fitted the felt to the Dingo cage, I used a Bic lighter to burn the edges keep them from fraying.


Then I used Shoe goo to glue the edges over, and the back window in.
I used the clear plastic portion of action figure package to make the back window. any thin clear plastic will work.


The Rag Top is secured with two bungee cords for easy removal.


I used paper clips and hair ties to make the bungee cords. there are plenty of write ups on this, so I won't go into right now.


For now this was kind of a prototype, I would like to come up with something better, like a hard top with a drop bed. Suggestions are welcome.
