Default .21 electric conversion transmission

Did some searching and couldn't find anything on it. Has anybody used this in the rigs. I'm working on my new rig and need s forward mount so I can run a t-case to clear interior without having to cut anything out if it. All the other transmissions I've seen lower the final ratio from stock from what I've seen as far as I can tell. Any info on a better option or info on this would be great. Thanks. Her is the link. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewi...d=130969678850

GCM Racing makes a forward motor mount that mounts the motor and the stock transmission forward so you can have a t-case of your choice on the center skid. They also have a 1:1 t-case that you can use on the SCX10.

The GCM setup is nice, here's mine:

Can't speak for that nitro conversion mount though.

Well now I'm not really digging this mount cause you must run cms and I don't want to do that on my sons rig. It would be ok on mine but my servo sits sideways.

Might as well either take that next step and run cms after going with a tcase and interior or go to the stock design. My kids rig has the normal center mounted trans, no interior and axle mounted servo... He still has plenty of fun. And when he's older and able to discern the difference, we can upgrade.

Super shafty sells and uses the transmission that you are asking about. He has a build thread showing pictures too.

A quick search shows him using it in both of these builds:
