Default SCX-10 upgrade questions

Hey everyone. I just picked up a SCX-10 off CL. Its knuckles and C-hubs as in pretty bad shape. So I'm thinking about just going aluminum. What do you all think of the VP stage 1 kit? Would you buy VP? That means the stage 1 kit, New steering links and wide hexes. Or would you buy another company? Also, I'm looking to get more steering. Whats the best way to get more steering?

I like the VP stage one kit. Truck is a compleatly new rig with the VP kit. Lots of steering deffinatly worth the money.

Along with the VP goods, look into a longer servo arm for more steering.
