If you have never wheeled the Logandale OHV are just outside of Vegas, do it! SEMA just ended and the Hump and Bump trail run took place there. Hell, I even flopped my crawler there.

The rock is insane and for scale adventure with your scx10 or G-Ride of choice, you literally have days of driving!!!

I will be wrenching and G6'n over the weekend.

Thanks, cerpindicular, I can't wait to get the finished product out of my head!

During the drive to Vegas for the Scalehouse Rock RECON G6, I was day-driving the Jeep Wrangler G6 over every side of the road obstacle. I can't wait to really drive it!

Hmmmmm ..... Parker must be actually wrenching. No eloquent rhetorical puffery (j/k).

Parker you must be really be into it, since even the subject of Axialfest 2014 didn't seem to distract you.

Keep wrenching Bro.

Dear, sir. I find it quite amusing that "puffery" is used by in conjuction with the screen name, "Trump1". Might this be refering to "blow your own "Trump"-et? Or maybe it refers to your first private jet. I, dear sir, am working my fingers to the bone on the AXIAL JEEP WRANGLER G6 kit. I shall type that again, for those that are near sited...

the AXIAL JEEP WRANGLER G6 kit.

Good day, kind sir. (Alfred voice off) Much love, Trump1, you are da man!

I'm trying! It's so busy over here, I ran jumpin' back & forth so much, I started singing KrissKross

I do need the help of the RCCrawler members.

Is the Official Online Hobby Shop of the RECON G6 and on the G-Train for the 2014 AXIAL RECON G6 Adventure Series.

Is the Official Wheels of the RECON G6 and on the G-Train for the 2014 AXIAL RECON G6 Adventure Series.

Paste a link or a pick of what Gear Head Wheels you would use or have use or are using now, please.

I have no experience with these wheels and your knowledge is going to be very useful.

If you would like to see other Gear Head parts on "Yoda MacNasty" let me know that too.

Thank you, guys, I am getting back to wrenching, pics and tip drills, or drill tips are coming.

I will be placing an order soon. Every bit of advice helps and will be appreciated.

Until then, check this bad Axial Wrangler G6 on AR60's...

I have to give mad props to the build thread superstars of RCC!!!

You guys make it look soooo easy!

Let me enlighten the rest of us that LOVE to follow build threads and some of us that say, "I could do that". OH MY!

First, how many times do you have to assemble, yeah yeah, making progress, BAM.....oops, am I forgetting to do something? Yup. TAKE PICTURES.

To the ladies and gentlemen of the build thread elite, my hats off to all of you talented people. This is much harder than it looks, but man am I having FUN!

The Axial Jeep Wrangler G6 Kit is really a pleasure to build. East to follow instructions, pictures & parts are easily identifiable and honestly, I really believe that buy building a kit, it is going to make me a better driver because I have a knowledge of how everything works.

Update: The body is at the spa. Contrary to popular belief, I am not much of a shiny paint kinda a guy. Chrome won't make me go faster or pick up chicks. Pics of the body you will have to wait for, but it will be gawdily awesome.

I have mocked up the wheels and tires. I am using a set of Axial 1.9 8 Hole Beadlocks that you can find at Rpp Hobby, Axial 1.9 8 Hole Beadlocks - Black (2pcs) and the Axial R35 compound Maxxis Trepador Tires that came with the kit.

I have not decided on what Gear Head wheels to use yet, but I appreciate the intel from Rangair and Trump1. Brokennib raved about these when I saw him, Gear Head

The Axles are a bit more detailed, since I am going rear steer and in the works for experimental power, I am going for strength.

I am putting the Axial Heavy Duty Bevel Gear Set #AX30395, Rpp Hobby carries them, Axial HEAVY DUTY BEVEL GEAR SET 36T/14T

I will be using a slew of other Axial upgraded parts.

Yoda MacNasty will be running OEM Plastic Axle housings. I will be using long time RECON G6 supporter, PL Engineering's beefier tubes. (My term)

Pros and Cons, if any, on what is a better housing, from a drivers perspective will be coming soon.
