Default New Recon G6 build

Im going all in on this build.

Currie Rock Jock front and rear
Vanquish Titanium links
Vanquish OMF Wheels
Vanquish CVD's
Hot Racing spools front and rear
Axial Hardened ring and pinion fron and rear
Tekin RS pro
Tekin 13.5 Redline
Super Shafty Bombproof tranny
Futaba 4pks
CC Bec
Hitec HS-7980TH
MIP Drive shafts


I will be going for the JK C.O.D. Black Ops Edition for the body, to match the one in my driveway.
I will post pics once done. Hopefully my wife of 15yrs won't see the bill for this seeing as this is my 3rd build this year.

That's a lot of $$$$ at once. I think you can do without the hardened gears. You wont need them with a 13.5. Everything else sounds awesome!

Looks great! Really like those wheels.

How are those G-made shocks? Are they a big improvement over stock. I like the fact that they have actual working reservoirs.

So far I don't I don't like them they are way to stiff. Does anyone knows a what springs will work that are less stiff. If I can't find any I will go with the proline scalers I have them on two other rigs and love them. The grades are awesome looking but seem way to stiff.

Great to know. Thanks. I use the pro line powerstocks on my stampede and work really well. Will be a future upgrade.
